The Harvest of Talents Foundation Inc is a 501 (C) (3) (EIN 85-0869849) public charity organization with a strong commitment to Youth Leadership training, Soft Skills acquisition, economic empowerment programs, and community development.
We are committed to ensuring that the youth have a voice and are active participants in issues affecting their self-development. Our focus is to provide adequate support to different communities in ensuring that the youths harness their potentials through community participation and community Volunteer programs.
We collaborate with local communities, Faith-Based Organizations, City Governments, State Governments, Non profit-organizations and individuals to provide solutions to community problems and collaborate to create policy awareness which is affecting a particular community.
Our Core Program
Entrepreneurial Skill Acquisition
Selected youths will be enrolled in a variety of programs that aligns with their career goals, training program will consist of Workshops, Webinars, Online Courses, and support from partner organizations. They will be supported in the acquisition of training fields like fashion, photography, computer, and other hands-on skills that can make them self-reliant. Start-up loans will also be provided to them through the support of our partners and donors. They will be mentored by seasoned professionals.
Emerging Leadership Program
This program is geared towards mentoring teens and young adults to become leaders within their communities. They are trained to be change-makers that proffer innovative solutions to challenges within their communities.
THOTF Development Initiative
This program involves humanitarian travel and medical mission. THOTF Development Initiative is the offshore project of the THOTF that is geared to alleviate people of different parts of the world needing humanitarian assistance and medical support. When THOTF provide these supports; they complement the effort of the host local authority and also help to empower the people to attain self-sustainability
